Pumpkin Pad to be available next week!

Our first iPad app to be released: Pumpkin Pad! It was the perfect trial run for us, and it's a really fun app to play with! It's being submitted to Apple this weekend- We'll you know as soon as it's available!

There are literally thousands of combinations between the free-carving, the shape cut-outs, and all the silly eyes, noses and mouths to choose from! You can also choose from a ton of Halloween backgrounds and different music selections to get your creative juices flowing!

Here are two screen shots: One of the animated title page, and one of a pumpkin (one of three) being decorated. We hope you all enjoy this silly fun!

Pumpkin Pad anouncement

Small little announcement...Halloween is on the way, so we've snuck a special "Pumpkin Pad" iPad app into our schedule! We thought it would be nice to get something fun and simple out for one of our favorite holidays. It's just about done, scheduled to be released October 1st. More details coming soooOOOooonn...

"Zoo" on the way...

We're over halfway through preparing "The Mixed-Up Wacky Zoo"! Gorgeous art, animation, sounds and music = complete excitement for how well this app could do!

It's our sixth month anniversary today!

It's been a very exciting six months so far!!!

On February 17th, some lawyer out there put a big'ol seal of approval for our LLC. Since then, we've grown every single month. We're working with companies we thought it would take a year just to get our foot in the door! Things are going very well so far.

Keep a close eye on us– give us six more months. We promise to knock your socks off!

Final art is coming in....

Here's the last peek I can show until we're closer to being finished! The final art for the "giraffe page", before it's comp'd and animated...

Phil Jones is so great!

Facebook page, live. Check!

Our Facebook page is up and public: Please join!

I think I'm getting the hang of how much to put on Facebook verus the blog. Obviously, more info should go here, but I went a little crazy with the Facebook. Once our new, redesigned site is up and running, we'll be pouring tons of content into the blog and simply placing links to them on Facebook.

Anyway, enjoy! We have tons of giveaways and news updates to share: It'll all come together at the end of August (or so I'm told). ;)

Animatics complete!

WHEW! Animatics for all 14 story pages have been completed! They're now in the hands of our most awesome illustrator, Phil Jones, to complete his final art. Here's what the timeline looks for the page of the story with monkeys on it:

This weekend we'll be making our Facebook page public! We've been posting some content to it (about as much as we have here), so there's something worth reading.

Stay tuned- we'll post some animatic snippets next week...

Voiceover complete!

We're working over the weekend (partially out of excitement) to do cleanup on the voiceovers we recorded earlier in the week. We were lucky enough to get Rohan Cassels in to try out for our Jamaican voiceover for the narration part of the story.

While we're finishing up on the vo cleanups, we're preparing to negotiate on a new office! It's located in Hoboken, NJ, right down the street from the trains and PATH. A super great location- I hope it works out, 'cause we need more space soon!

A few pics form the session:

Sneak peek at some of the early sketches...

Our first iPad storybook is underway; what an exciting adventure this has been!

Here's a sneak peek at two of the sketches from the story. The art is being done by Phil Jones, an amazing character artist. He has worked for some amazing companies, one of them being Disney. You can tell in his style!

The app should be completed by early September, so it will hopefully be available in the App Store by mid September! More peeks to come... =)
